Ashley Hayek
A Voice for the People.
America First Works Executive Director Ashley Hayek is originally from the small agricultural town of Clovis, California. Hayek is a political strategist with over 15 years of experience in political, non-profit, and organization strategy, most recently serving on the Trump-Pence 2020 presidential campaign as the National Coalitions Director. At the age of 22, she started her first company in the loft of her townhouse in San Diego and within five years became the premier political and non-profit fundraising firm in Southern California. Hayek attended the University of California, San Diego, where she received a degree in Political Science. She is the proud wife of a United States Marine and mom of five.
In addition to running her company, Ashley serves as the Executive Director and spokesperson of the California Women’s Leadership Association (CWLA) and the CWLA PAC. She is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations, and a member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Lincoln Club of San Diego County. She is the VP of Ways & Means for her children’s school PTA and the former Family Readiness Assistant for First Battalion First Marines Scout Sniper Platoon. She’s also served on various boards and committees for Voices for Children, Habitat for Humanity and is a past member of the New Majority Los Angeles.

She first got the political "bug" collecting signatures for the Recall effort of Governor Gray Davis, inspiring her fervor for fiscal reform and working with pro-economic candidates for office. Her academic background includes a BA in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. She also received training through the Marian Bergeson Series; a California based executive leadership and education program for Republican women to succeed as political leaders.
As the proud wife of Captain Brian Hayek, USMC reservist, mother of 5 children, and a yorkie named Tink, Ashley's life can be a juggling act. However, having been raised in the small agricultural town of Clovis, CA, Ashley's background is humble and wholesome, and has taught her the hard-working values she uses today. Ashley has proven she can more than hold her own in America's 8th largest city.
